1930s Semi 2 Bed
This house had been empty for 3 years. An absolute wreck inside and the garden was a jungle. It was still structurally sound making a good base to work from. We built a large side and rear extension which included creating 2 extra bedrooms with an en-suite for the master bedroom, garage, utility room and open plan kitchen dining area. In the original part we restored the two bedrooms and created reception rooms each with a fire place ready for log burners.
We installed bi fold doors in the rear reception room that led out onto a fantastic entertaining patio area and south west facing garden. The house was finished to a high standard with a Shaker kitchen, range cooker and integrated appliances. Traditional features were installed including oak lintels above the fireplaces.
Highlights: The buyers fell in love with the kitchen/diner open plan area. This became a fabulous family home.
