“I bring houses back to life, creating something stunning”

It has been a family venture. I started doing projects with my Mother who has had previous development experience and holds City and Guilds qualifications in Interior design, soft furnishing and upholstery. I have gained my love of property from her. Four years ago we decided to take the plunge on a part time basis that fits around my young children. My previous roles have been within the food industry working for large businesses within their sales and marketing teams. This gave me experience working with substantial budgets, negotiating and relationship building which has been useful in transferring my skills to the property development world.

We love taking property that is totally neglected but structurally sound and bringing it back to life giving it a contemporary twist. The process of seeing it from start to finish is magical.

Chic Abodes is about taking property in a neglected state and bringing it back to life. Using the old and bringing new and contemporary styles into the mix.
